Morning just might be my favorite time of the day for photo sessions. Summer & early Fall gets hot, so I love the cool temperatures of the morning. The light is so beautiful and crisp. Brayden was such a great sport. He told me at the planning session that he was doing the photos for his mom. I assured him that we could get all the photos in (including travel) in the 2 hour signature session.

Brayden said he felt most comfortable and most him when he was out in nature. After showing him some different nature photos, he landed on this location for us to start. His mom also really wanted a city look too, so we ended the session in downtown Des Moines.

Even though Brayden’s not into taking photos, I dare say he didn’t hate the whole thing. lol. And it went a lot quicker than he imagined it would. I think we even had 15 minutes to spare at the end. He looked like a natural model throughout the whole process. I made sure I had different activities/movement for him to do, so that he didn’t look over posed while keeping a great natural look. He totally rocked it!
